  1. INSTRUCTIONS MTHB zero wobble bolt DO NOT PUT A WASHER ON THE HEAD END OF BOLT or the carrier will wobble (not pretty). Attach the MotoTote carrier to the vehicle hitch receiver with the Zero-Wobble hitch bolt, washer and nut as shown. Tighten until the connection to the hitch is solid with no play. Do not over-tight- en. If installed correctly, the bolt head will be recessed into the hitch pin hole as shown with no movement at the hitch.
