Tetra cannabinoid-O-acetate, or THC-O acetate, is referred to as THCO. It is a hemp-derived synthetic cannabinoid. THC-O-Acetate is a synthetic THC that can only be produced in a lab, unlike delta 8 and delta 9 THCs, which can also be extracted from the cannabis plant.<br>The US military started looking into the effects of THCO Acetate in 1949, even though many of us are only now learning what THC-O is.<br>
