In order to claim from MBNA, you’re required to download and print a PPI questionnaire. If you’re looking to claim on multiple policies then you must print out additional forms. Once all of your forms have been completed, post them off. Once they have received your application, they will respond and confirm your claim within five working days, at the same time issuing a case reference number. They will then review the case and look into the terms of the sale. Almost all of the major banks and lenders have had to put aside large sums of money, in order to pay back the customers that they mis- sold PPI to. Not only this, but they also been slapped with large fines and penalties for their mis-deeds and the mishandling of customers claims.
