The vision is to align its functioning with the emergent & future needs of the Defence Establishments in the critical areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Industry 4.0 etc. and become the nodal National Training Institute for all the organisations under the Department of Defence Production including all the DPSUs & Quality Assurance Establishments.

Achieving a perfect 100% internship placement rate in the debut year of the PGDM course underscores the academic rigor and commitment to excellence upheld by NADP. Renowned organizations such as L&T Defence, Tata Advanced Systems Limited (TASL), Walchandnagar Industries, and others have provided internship opportunities to NADP students, highlighting the program's caliber and relevance in manufacturing and Defence sector. Collaborating with IIM Indore for mentorship further reinforces NADP's dedication to providing quality education.
