L Zone Dwarka will soon be a smart zone Delhi has developed and most areas of the city have turned to smart zones that have clean roads, good connectivity and all facilities that help make life comfortable for the residents. However, the fact remains that buying a home in Delhi has never been easy. The middle class population has always had a hard time looking for properties that suit their budget. The Delhi Government has announced several areas under the Land Pooling Policy that would be developed to smart zones to aid a comfortable life at affordable rates.
