In order to promote affordable housing, Revanta Group has introduced Revanta Officers Boulevard Revanta Officers Boulevard, launched under the MPD 2021 (Master Plan Delhi 2021), in adherence to the new “affordable officers housing scheme”. Officers Boulevard is specially designed and planned for officers serving in the government sector and public sector, and retired officers having served as ministry, central government or state sector officer; DRD, police and bank officers; and government teachers. Spanning over 5 years, the construction of the project is scheduled to launch with the implementation of the scheme, i.e. in 2021.Working with a foresight, MPD is preparing additional housing to accommodate an increase of 80 lakh people in the population by the stated year. Officers Housing Scheme Officers Housing Scheme is an attempt by Revanta to provide officers from all commands with standard housing at affordable prices in the era of a great inflation. The project draws its inspiration from Prime MinisterNarendra Modi’s scheme“Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana”, and is a major step in the direction of providing affordable housing to officers in Delhi. In order to encourage retired officers to book themselves a home under the new scheme, the bookings at Officers Housing Boulevard have been exclusively priced at the small payment of Rs. 31,000.
