  2. RESTRUCTURE THE FCRC Restructuring the FCRC will require building effective precinct organizations in all 244 county precincts and reorganizing the FCRC staff. It is an imposing challenge, but one that must be met if Republicans have to succeed in the county.

  3. REVITALIZE THE FCRC A Revitalized FCRC that galvanizes the 70% of registered voters who traditionally do not vote in local elections, can possibly take control of the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors and School Board in the 2019 elections.

  4. REUNIFY THE FCRC Being the minority party, Fairfax County Republicans should welcome citizens who accept the Republican Party of Virginia’s creed, even when they disagree on implementing its principles on specific issues.
