  2. Deliveries are made by the most appropriate and cost effective means to ensure customer satisfaction, all transport costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  3. Nova Biomedical will endeavour to have  Goods  delivered within 1 to 5 business days. 

  4. Consignment information is kept for tracking purposes.

  5. All products are the responsibility of the supplier until it has left the warehouse, at which point the customer assumes responsibility of the product.

  6. Customers are responsible for acceptance of deliveries where by loss or damage has occurred in transit or deliveries are left onsite unattended.

  7. The supplier will endeavour  to have all products delivered on time as scheduled, subject to availability of the products and issues with couriers.

  8. The Supplier is not responsible for deliveries that do not arrive on time due to un foreseen circumstances. Shipping terms are subject to change at any time.
