  2. The Five Pillars The five pillars all contribute greatly to the achievement of the reduction in variance objective in Injection Molding Manufacturers. Part Design Having flow lengths that allow the plastic to be fluid enough not just to flow into the end of the fill but also until all of the packings of the part is completed is one of the key principles in part design.
