The work environment is being severely impacted by this. In 2018, the work hour distribution between people and machines was 71:29, and in 2022, it is anticipated to be 29:21. RPA Lifecycle Phases Identification Together with business groups, RPA planners and architects choose a business process for improvement. Analysis and Discovery The needs of the customer's processes are analyzed and determined by a process architect. Design Process and Technical Architects develop PDDs (Process Definition Documents), which provide information about each stage based on requirement analysis. Development With the use of specific RPA tools and techniques and the PDD as a guide, developers generate automation programs and codes during the development process.

  2. Testing The testing team, which comprises QA, as per the SDLC flow, conducts testing during the post- development phase. Having a specialized testing team to handle QA is the best approach. Implementation Unit testing needs to be done after all the components have been constructed. All the components are checked to ensure a seamless connection. The bot returns to the research and deployment teams for solutions if problems are present after diagnosis.
