A mental health consultant plays three major roles that collectively seek to build caregiver capacity to promote young children's healthy social/emotional development and prevent or address troubling or challenging behavior and to support early childhood mental health and the development of nurturing early childhood environments. www.ochrerecruitment.co.nz

  4. POSITIVE ATTITUDE TOWARDS EARLY CHILDHOOD MENTAL HEALTH One of a consultant's major roles is fostering a positive attitude toward early childhood mental health and achieving a shared vision for how to approach early childhood mental health. www.ochrerecruitment.co.nz
