  2. What is Eye Strain? Nowadays, using technology comes as naturally as breathing. Eye strain is a common condition that arises when eyes get tired from intense use, such as while driving long distances and staring at computer screens and other digital devices.

  4. Use Laptops Instead of Phones When students attend online classes, they must ensure to use a desktop, laptop, or tablet for it.   5. Keep Your Distance It is very important that the students must keep their distance from the screen. Students should maintain a distance of at least 30cm from books and tablets, and 50cm from desktop computers and laptops. 

  6. Give Your Eyes a Break It is important to take regular breaks from the screens and to rest your eyes then should follow the 20-20-20 rules which means every 20 minutes, stare at something at least 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds.
