    3. “Justice Cannot Survive Behind Walls of Silence” The first amendment protects the press against government censorship. Included in this is radio, newspapers, magazines, books, television, and film.

    8. Shield Laws Shield Laws allow Journalists to report a story and not disclose their source. This would be Confidential Information. Shield Laws do not always protect the Journalist if other Constitutional Rights are being impacted by the information reported.
