Toronto real estate developer Camrost-Felcorp announced that the 26-storey, 229-suite luxury rental building--101 St. Clair project will be ready for renters as early as summer 2017. Located at one of Toronto’s finest neighbourhoods Avenue Road & St. Clair, this high-end rental building forms the east and south edge of the common courtyard of Imperial Village, one of Camrost-Felcorp’s mixed-use condominium community which is the winner of Heritage Toronto's Merit Award. The design was originally submitted in competition for the New City Hall during 1950s.
