  3. Shopping Guarantee • Our guarantee is simple. If the recipient is not happy with the quality of the flowers they have recieved, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will offer to replace the flowers.

  4. Cancellations • If you choose to cancel your order with a full 24 hour notice of cancellation we are happy to give a full refund less a $10.00 administration charge. • We are unable to offer a refund on the day of delivery as the floral gift will be on the way.

  5. Privacy • We respect your privacy and do not pass on, trade or exchange your personal particulars. We do not pester customers with mail though from time to time we will advise you of our super specials ~ If your gift is anonymous then we will not pass on your details to the recipient.

  7. Delivery • Deliveries will be left at a private residence when nobody is at home or given to a person agreeing that the recipient lives at the address and will pass the flowers on, Business reception for onward delivery to the recipient, hospital ward desk when delivery staff are not allowed into the patients room or ward.

  8. Currency • All prices are in Australian dollars and will be converted into other currencies by our bank on the day that the exchange is made.
