7. Organic Oil Soap Pesticide Spray You have to take 10 gm of liquid dish wash and 20 gm of vegetable oil. Mix both and put it into a spray bottle. Now spray mixture on gall mites directly. You can add garlic to the oil. This will help you in getting rid of gall mites.
