  2. Novox What is Novox? Novox is a generic equivalent for Rimadyl (Carprofen) which is prescribed and used to treat acute pain and inflammation caused due to arthritis and other joint diseases, including hip dysplasia. The drug also reduces fever and controls postoperative pain associated with soft tissue and orthopedic surgery in dogs.
