  3. Blood donation • A blood donation occurs when a person Voluntarily has blood drawn and used for transfusion. Domain may be whole-blood(WB), or of specific components directly. • Our main vision is to design a systematic blood donor management system & to validate the design using an appropriate support.

  13. Admin • The person who is able to observe and maintain the whole system • The functionalities are: 1. Login 2. Maintain Donor details 3. Update and change database 4 .Logout • Admin maintain the security of the system

  14. Donor • Donor a person who donate blood voluntarily • Each donor has an individual account • The options given to each registered donor are: 1.Log in 2.Update information 3.Delete account 4.Log out • Donors know about the details process of blood donation

Acceptor • Acceptor are anyone who view the system. • Functionalities of acceptor are: 1.Search for blood donation 2.Find donors at emergency zone 3.Request or report to admin panel • If one does not know which blood group is needed then can take help • Can contact with the donor over phone number or email.

  17. Security system • Administrator can do any kind of insert, update and delete related operations. • Donors can only operates his/her own account • Acceptor has no permission to do any kind of operation. • Secure form of destroy data and any kind of illegal operation.

  18. Future Enhancement • System can extended with availability over worldwide. • Reaching as close as possible of the donor from emergency zone. • A smart phone application of the system can be made. • Providing donors an option of change his/her availability.

  19. Conclusion • As the donor’s data is the systems we can reject those who have HIV or any other infections. • As we have the contact number of the donor we can contact donor whenever necessary comes. • Since we have the expiry date of the packs we can have a proper storage system
