  1. ENHANCE USABILITY TESTING FOR SMOOTHER INTERACTIONS

  2. Usability testing and evaluation is a fundamental thing to do before launching any product or service in the market. It helps us know how the user experience is while dealing with your product or service.

  3. PLANNING USABILITY TESTS • Define goals: Clearly outline why you are conducting this user testing. For example, identifying navigation issues, customer satisfaction or whether you want to test a specific feature. • Identify target users: Select participants who are a part of your target audience so you can get relevant and actionable feedback. • Choose the testing method: Based on the project and resources available, choose whether you want to go for in-person testing, remote testing, or automated testing. • Develop realistic scenarios: Create scenarios that reflect real-life situations and ask the users to engage with your product and observe the user behavior.

  4. Define clear tasks: Ask users to complete specific tasks. However, remember these tasks should be related to the core functionalities of the product. • Conduct the session: Provide instructions and guide the users through the test. But remember, you don’t have to influence their decisions. Take detailed notes in the process regarding user interactions, comments, and facial expressions. • Identify patterns: Analyze the frequent problems user experience while they engage with your product as service. These problems need immediate attention. • Collect metrics: Divide the collected data in quantitative form and analyze them such as time taken to complete tasks or error rates.

  5. CONCLUSION You can use moderated test, unmoderated test, focus groups, beta testing, first-click test, A/B testing or any other way to test user accessibility.
