There'snomentionoftheinsideofcabinetsinthischecklist.Ifyouhaveabigshelvingsystemondisplay,pleasetake everythingofffirstbeforegivingittothecleanerforathoroughcleaningjob. Confidential Tile&GroutCleaning:AlthoughourcleanerswillmanuallyscrubtiledareasaspartofaDeepcleanwedonot specializeintileandgroutcleaning,thusaprofessionaltileandgroutcleanmaybewarranteddependingonthe conditionofyourtilesandorgroutwhichisaserviceseparatetothatofourDeepclean. CarpetShampooStains:OurCarpetShampooservicesdonotincludestainremovalservices.DuringCarpetCleaning, thetechnicianwillassessthestainsandwillquoteyouextratoremovethestain.Wedonotguarantee100%onastain removalprocess.Sometimesstainscanfadupto80%. InitialInspectionuponArrival/FinalWalkthrough: Whenourcleanersfirstarriveatyourpropertytheywillperform a walk around (with you if you are present) in order to review the service against the quote provided. Should any changes be required (e.g. additional time is required), we will contact you immediately and before any work is performed.Therearesomeitemsthatneedtobedealtwithatyourendlikepropertyrubbish.Aprofessionalcleaner maynotbeabletotakethisawayfromyourproperty. As we always say, it's important to have a walkthrough and sign the final walkthrough checklist on the day of Cleaning.Thisiscrucialasitletsyouknowifallofourworkisuptoyourstandards.Sometimesyoumayfindthatyour schedule does not align with the end of our cleaning service time. We recommend that you ask a member of your familyorfriendtotakecareofthecleaningfinalwalkthrough.Ifyou'renotsatisfiedwiththecleanandwantitredone immediately,pleasetellthecleanerrightawaysothatwecanfixittoavoidanydisputesinthefuture.Ourcleaners willhappilyrecleantheaddressedareasrightaway. Ifforsomereasonyouarenotpresentforthefinalwalkthrough,oryoudidnotsignthatFinalWalkthroughChecklist, wewillconsiderourservicetobe100%completed.Youagreedthatwecomplywithconsumerrights.
