WhatIsExcludedFromOurBondCleaningService Thefollowingservicesareexcludedfromourbondcleaningservice(internal).If theitemcanbeaddedbyrequestthis isnoted: Confidential Tile&GroutCleaning:Althoughourcleanerswillmanuallyscrubtiledareasaspartofabondcleanwedonot specializeintileandgroutcleaning,thusaprofessionaltileandgroutcleanmaybewarranteddependingonthe conditionofyourtilesandorgroutwhichisaserviceseparatetothatofourbondclean. Nicotine/Smoke/CigaretteSmokeDamage:Cleaningofnicotineandstainingfromsmokeorsmokingisnot coveredaspartofourrectificationguarantee.Itisgenerallyacceptedthatstainingwillremainevenfollowing intensivecleaning. CarpetShampooStains:OurCarpetShampooservicesdonotincludestainremovalservices.DuringCarpetCleaning,thetechnicianwillassessthestainsandwillquoteyouextratoremovethestain.Wedonotguarantee100%onastainremovalprocess.Sometimesstainscanfadupto80%. OurBondCleanGuaranteeDetails:Weguaranteeourservicebycorrectinganyissuesidentifiedbyyourrealestate agentregardingourinternalbondclean,freeofcharge.Issuesmustbeadvisedtouswithinthreedaysofthe completionofyourservice.Ourguaranteecoversthoseitemscleanedaspartofyourservice.Whereissuesidentified arerelatedtomattersthatdidnotformpartoftheoriginalservice,wearehappytoreturntoyourpropertytoprovide additionalsupportatourusualbondservicerates. InitialInspectionuponArrival/FinalWalkthrough:Whenourcleanersfirstarriveatyourpropertytheywillperform awalkaround(withyouifyouarepresent)inordertoreviewtheserviceagainstthequoteprovided.Shouldany changesberequired(e.g.additionaltimeisrequired),wewillcontactyouimmediatelyandbeforeanyworkis performed.Therearesomeitemsthatneedtobedealtwithatyourendlikepropertyrubbish.Aprofessionalcleaner maynotbeabletotakethisawayfromyourproperty. Aswealwayssay,it'simportanttohaveawalkthroughandsignthefinalwalkthroughchecklistonthedayof Cleaning.Thisiscrucialasitletsyouknowifallofourworkisuptoyourstandards.Sometimesyoumayfindthatyour scheduledoesnotalignwiththeendofourcleaningservicetime.Werecommendthatyouaskamemberofyour familyorfriendtotakecareofthecleaningfinalwalkthrough.Ifyou'renotsatisfiedwiththecleanandwantitredone immediately,pleasetellthecleanerrightawaysothatwecanfixittoavoidanydisputesinthefuture.Ourcleaners will happilyrecleantheaddressedareasrightaway. Ifforsomereasonyouarenotpresentforthefinalwalkthrough,oryoudidnotsignthatFinalWalkthroughChecklist, wewillconsiderourservicetobe100%completed.Youagreedthatwecomplywithconsumerrights.
