  2. About : Leading print specialists on a wide range of apparel. We offer both Screen Printing and Direct-To-Garment printing services in our print studio in Gloucester, UK.

  3. The three types of printing are : • Screen Printing • Direct to Garment • Print on Demand

  4. Screen Printing: • Have you ever wondered how screen printing companies take your custom logo and turn it into a custom printed t-shirt? Although screen printing is still done traditionally, the process has advanced into a more sophisticated art. • Still unrivaled in terms of print quality, screen printing is a method that pushes ink through a mesh stencil onto textiles to receive a desired image. One colour is printed at a time so several colours can be used to produce a multi coloured design.

  5. Screen Printing Process: • Creating Your Artwork Proof First, the screen printing process starts with the artwork. We can work with a design or logo if you have one, • Creating ScreensWe take your colour separated design and create one screen per colour. To block areas that we don’t want ink to be applied to the t-shirt, we apply a special thing to the screen called emulsion.

  6. Direct To Garment Printing (DTG) • Direct to Garment printing (DTG) is suitable for high detailed images, images with a lot of print colours or for one-off or low volume orders. • A pre-treatment is always applied onto the garments in order to make sure the prints last the life of your garment.  • DTG printing uses water based ink, this results in a print with a soft hand feel with both a vibrant and detailed printing.

  7. Application Direct To Garment Printing : • Ability to offer your customers a wide range of apparel, in different colours and sizes • You don't have to worry about running out of stock, or where to store stock • Ability to modify designs - Want to change your logo, or bring out a new design? this can be easily done within 24hrs • No Financial Risk

  8. Drop shipping Service: • We can offer Gyms the option of same day or next day shipping to their customers.  • We keep a wide range of apparel in stock, and from the moment an order is placed, we pick, print, and pack the items ready for collection from our courier providers.  • We offer your designs directly in our Printnasium shop, so all you need to worry about is bringing in new customers. By selling from the Printnasium website, you can sell your apparel to a wider customer base, rather than just your gym members.
