Project Requirements Gathering & Analysis • An important stage of mobile app development lifecycle where we come to know about every aspect of the app from our clients and further thoroughly analyze the project requirement. A Process of gathering the client’s needs to solve a problem or issues and achieve an objective. If the Requirements Gathering is not done properly all phases of it get incomplete.   4. Define Project Scope We break down the task into simple iterations and define our deliverables based on the scope of the project while setting the milestones for every phase. These defined deliverables will tremendously help our clients to better understand the project. Project boundaries got some handle on how the project should look like through its deliverables.   5. Proposal Preparation We clearly explain the goals of our client’s proposal and make necessary iterations based on their feedback. A formal proposal including the scope and deliverables of the projects along with a tentative delivery time frame, and a cost estimate is sent to the client for approval which will explain how our company would meet the client's needs and should convince the client to hire our company.   6. Project Planning and Implementation The end-to-end project development is done that includes the planning, designing and implementation. The development phase is generally most resource-intensive and emphasizes more on actual binding of the app and its features. QA and Deployment Quality analysis make sure the client that the new code will not have any impact on the existing functionality and they test major functionalities of the system once after deploying the new code in their respective environment.
