Requirement Analysis and Test Planning In this phase our QA team analyze the customer requirements and work with developers during the design phase to see which requirements are testable and how they are going to test those requirements. In Test Strategy a high level test plan document is generated which involves all the planning inputs, Test tool selection, Test effort estimation which are circulated to the stakeholders. Test Case Preparation After Requirement Analysis and Test Planning phase is over Test Case Preparation phase starts, in this phase our tester understands the app, its features and functionalities, target audience, type of business, etc. Non functional testing areas(Stress and performance testing) are also analyzed and defined in this phase. Automated Script Identification and Modification Based on project requirements, it involves identifying re-usable automation scripts and modifying them. • Manual and Automated Testing The next crucial step is Manual and Automated Testing. Manual testing and automated testing cover two vast areas. Automated testing help our team for speed up testing cycles, test constantly, and test more consistently. On the other hand manual testing into the mix, our team able to cover our application’s functionality even more thoroughly. So sometimes it may be best to conduct testing manually and other times when automated testing is the better choice.
