  2. What is Weight Loss? Weight loss is the one by which the total mass of the body is reduced due to loss of fluid, body fat or adipose tissue. It can be achieved intentionally or unintentionally. Unintentional weight loss is caused due to the illness and an intentional weight loss is the one that is achieved by dieting, exercising by receiving medical help for weight from a specialized doctor.

  3. How to loose weight fast? • Cut back on sugar and starch: These are the major cause of that stimulate the secretion of insulin which is the main storage area of the body. When the level of insulin goes down fat gets time to get out and it starts burning. • Eat proteins, fats and vegetables: Your diet should contain proteins, fats and vegetables as protein reduce the excessive thoughts of food by 60%. When it comes to weight loss protein is considered as a king of food. Don’t be afraid to eating fats, but make that you are eating the right one. • Lift weight 3 times a week: During these diet plans there is no need to exercising but it is recommended that going to gym 3-4 times a week helps you in burning few calories and prevents metabolism from showing down.
