  2. KNOWING THE BASICS What is an IPO? Initial public offerings, or IPOs, are a way for businesses to attract capital from investors for their next projects and list them on the stock market. Selling assets to the general public on the main stock market is known as an initial public offering (IPO). A firm "coming public" refers to one that raises capital via an IPO.

  3. HOW TO INVEST IN INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERINGS View the companies with an open IPO on our RR Finance website. Select "Apply Online." To proceed, enter your PAN card number and mobile phone number. If you already have an account with RR Equity, all information will be pre-filled. Simply choose the lot size and enter the UPI ID. Please submit your application. Approve the block message request in your UPI app. The amount applied to the IPO will be deducted from your bank account.

  4. WHAT IS THE IPO ISSUE PRICE? In an initial public offering, the issue price is the cost of one equity share. IPOs are classified into two types: book- building IPOs and fixed-price IPOs.
