AUTOMATION HAS TURBOCHARGED OUR CLAIMS MANAGEMENT. A US-based insurer wanted to streamline end-to-end medical claims processing, navigating manual processes, rising costs and volume fluctuations. This included harnessing Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to process paperwork with speed and accuracy. Our workflow automation enabled the effective reconciliation of inventory and billing, and monitored and managed rejections and Turnaround Times (TAT). The system was bolstered by a flexible staffing model and an online reporting system to manage variations in business volumes seamlessly. WNS’ automation-led solution checked aging inventory.
