  1. Why Executive Coaching is important in Leadership, Business & Sports? Coaching originated in sports. The word COACH can be translated literally as a joint achievement. There is a huge difference between a one-time victory in competitions and the regular achievement of prizes. You can win once even by a happy coincidence, but regular victories are the result of not only physical training but also hard work on yourself and the right motivation. When is coaching needed and when not? A person may be satisfied with the current state of affairs or not understand what benefits changes can bring to him.
