  2. Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) have a significant role in supporting the labour community. These organizations work to improve the lives of workers by advocating for their rights, promoting fair labour practices, and providing education and training opportunities.The labour community consists of workers who suffer to fulfil their basic needs in life. These workers often face several challenges, such as low wages, poor working conditions, and lack of access to basic amenities. Hence social welfare organizations support the labour community by addressing these issues and promoting social and economic justice.Here let’s know about a charity and welfare organization namely KanudaMitraMandal run by RakeshRajdev.

  3. One of the primary ways NGOs support the labour community is mainly through food distribution. RakeshBhaiRajdev understood that the labour community especially those who live their lives hands to mouth find it difficult to fulfil their basic needs and some even sleep on empty stomachs. Hence he decided to support them in many ways.Mainly RakeshBhaiRajdev offered them food packages and grocery packages so that they will not suffer from hunger issues. He ensured to support all the needy people and families in his surroundings. In this way, he made sure that they don’t sleep on empty stomachs.

  4. Another way RakeshRajdev helped the labour community through his social welfare organization KanudaMitraMandal is by providing educational support. He always believed that students are the future of the nation. But he felt sad thinking about the students who suffer from poverty and discontinue their education.He understood that this increases the illiteracy rate in society. To reduce the illiteracy rate he offered deserving students from Grade 1 to Grade 9 educational kits. It contains school bags, notebooks, water bottles, lunch boxes and other necessary stationery items. In this way, RakeshRajdev ensured that they continue their education.
