With respect to property, rather than the previous 50% bonus depreciation, it is now 100% for properties bought and put into service after the 27th September 2017. Looking forward to 2022, there are reductions planned to the deduction percentage that will eventually see it going down to zero, with exclusions that are applicable to some properties.
