CMMi Level 5 SVC+SSD v1.3 ISO 9001:2008 ISO/IEC 27001:2013 •Stock Organization - Simple and easy to use stock import facility - Process existing stock to be sold through the dealer network or external channels • Stock availability control - Manage availability of vehicles to maintain high residual values • Visibility to the dealers - Provide detailed descriptions of the vehicle including specification, pricing and mileage • Providing the sales channels - Group stock to be sold as lots - Purchase stock through a number of sales channels •Reporting and notifications - View dealer activity and stats for performance management - Provide configurable data export functionality to provide data to external systems Nous’ conducted the end-to-end deployment of this systems with testing and performance optimization. We have included responsive UI elements to enable accessibility of website across all devices. L E V E R A G I N G I N T E L L E C T The customer offers a wide range of highly customizable online marketing services including dealer websites, used vehicle locators, POS materials, eshops, social and buzz management tools, and mobile solutions. The solutions facilitated many automotive dealers to sell more vehicles and drives profits. REQUIRMENTS Customer was looking for a system to enable the process of efficient marketing of their de-fleeted vehicles through their dealer networks. Few of the requirements that customers wanted with the newly developed system are: •Dispose ex-fleet and ex-rental vehicle stock by providing sales channels, which enable their dealerships to view, shortlist and purchase vehicles and resell vehicles from fleets via web • Allow simple and easy management of the campaign list via an online system • Increase the number of available sales channels, including external (physical) auction • Help maintain and potentially increase residual values and sales prices of individual units by managing the release of vehicles to the market •Provide easy web based access to stock for dealers - utilizing desktop, tablet and mobile devices •Maximize used vehicle sales to the network whilst controlling residual values where possible • Ease of use by Dealer Network, simple, friendly functionality (to be defined) • A regular sales data feed must be provided that can be directed to update any proprietary systems BENEFITS The newly developed RMS systems enabled customer with below features: • Dashboard - User level dashboard with summary of activities - Updated News and Events • Sales channels - Fixed Price Sales Channel - Make me an offer / Private Offer Sales Channel - Auction •Import / export data feeds - Import stock data - Import dealer credit data - Export Sales summary data • Manage dealers and their allocated budget • Managing campaign activities that include watching, purchasing and reserving.
