  4. Fajitas Marinated meat with red salsa, sauteed with vegetables (onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, yellow chiles) Served with guacamole, rice, beans, sour cream, and tortillas Available in Chicken, Beef, Shrimp, or any mix of two
