It is a Joint Venture with an American company. Bikham is functional with 300 seats, which is the biggest start up in the history of BPO in the city of Chandigarh, North India.   5. CONCERNED ABOUT SECURITY OF YOUR DATA? You scan your documents on to our secure server where only you and our accountants can view the file. All accounts and reports are returned to you via encrypted email or on our secure (128 bit encryption) server (or via courier if you wish). Once prepared, the accounts are available through a secure connection on our web server. If you chose to courier the documents to us, the documents are retained only until you confirm that you do not need any more reports for the current month and are then couriered back to you along with a printed copy of the monthly reports and analysis. The same reports are also available on our secure web server. Which Software do we use?   6. HOW DO WE DO IT? The process of producing the accounts and related reports is simple. This process is explained with the help of the following Steps: • Step 1 – Getting the documents to us The client has several options of getting the data to us. The documents could either, scanned, posted or sent to us by courier. • Step 2 – Upload or Post the documents If the client chooses to scan, the scanned files are uploaded to our secure FTP site (128 bit SSL encryption). If the client chooses to post them, which also happens to be the most cost effective way to send us documents, the documents are sent by Royal post and we confirm back to the client on the receipt of the same. • Step 3 – Processing of documents Our experienced accountants would review the documents, generating the initial queries within 24 hours of the receipt of documents. Document processing starts soon thereafter, resulting in a faster turn around time for any job. Accuracy and quality of work are of the highest quality. • Step 4 – Review the accounts Once the accounts are finalised, a soft copy of the reports is uploaded to you and any documents received by post are sent back the same day, leaving no document at our office and ensuring 100% privacy to your documents. Any resulting queries are dealt with on priority and the accounts are considered final only after you confirm back to us of the same, giving you full control over the review process.
