10. Meet Our Team Towan Isom /Principal/ is an accomplished strategist in multiple marketing disciplines. Towan founded Isom Events in 1998. With more than 15 years of marketing expertise, Towan has helped many companies develop strategies to effectively reach consumers Clients have included Glaxo Smith Kline (GSK), National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK), Black Entertainment Television (BET), Public Broadcasting Service (PBS), Bragman, Nyman and Cafarelli, Comcast Cable, Nike, Pepsi, ITT Defense, Health and Human Services, National Association of Home Builders, Character Education Partnership, and numerous others.  Erika Singletary /Management Consultant/ has attained over 15 years of knowledge and experience acquired through analysis of best business practices for Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and non-profit entities across the globe. 11. Meet Our Team Adrienne Hackney /Creative Director/has over seven years experience solving brand design challenges with distinctive, relevant and compelling results. She began her career designing visual brand systems for various organizations in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area before launching Affinity Creative in 2005. As Isom Events’ Creative Director, Adrienne's role is multifaceted and includes creative direction, design, and business strategy. Josef Martens, Ph.D /Organizational Management Consultant/ brings more than 15 years of experience in working for and consulting with multinational corporations. In his capacity as a consultant and trainer, Dr. Martens advises multinational corporations on the ethical dimensions of management, especially with respect to leadership and decision-making processes. He develops and conducts courses in the development of management skills such as values-based leadership, innovation management, and business ethics. Adrian P. Jones /Solutions Management Consultant/following service in the Gulf War, Adrian Jones was honorably discharged from the United States Air Force.  Shortly after he received his status as a disabled veteran and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Adrian became a key team member of the Isom Events family where he manages and fulfills government contracts in the areas of IT Solutions, Cyber Security, and Disaster Recovery.
