Admission: MS Program • Two Types of Admission • Regular • GPA of at least 3.0 • GREs of at least 450 V and 450 Q • Provisional • GPA OR GRE requirement • Must maintain a B average in your first semester • Not eligible for graduate assistantship (until you are regular status)

Psy D in Clinical Psychology • Model/Goals • to train doctoral-level professional psychologists to practice psychotherapy and assessment skills in the underserved rural areas of Georgia. • Applied, professional focus • Graduates will work in applied, service-oriented positions where they work directly with clients, as well as supervise and train other professionals.
Psy D Curriculum • program is five-years, full-time, day-time • requires enrollment during each summer of their time in the program • students spend the first four years in residence at the University and the fifth in a full-time (2000 hour) internship • curriculum follows the "Guidelines and Principles for Accreditation of Programs in Professional Psychology" set forth by the American Psychological Association (APA)

Psy D: Admission • Undergraduate Prerequisites (min grade = B): • Intro, Stats, Research, Abnormal • Two additional psychology courses • Min GRE Scores: V, Q, & Psych: 550 each • Min Undergrad GPA: 3.25
