DESICCANTS ARE CHEMICAL SUBSTANCE (MAINLY HYGROSCOPIC SUBSTANCE, CALCIUM CHLORIDE) USED AS DRYING AGENTS THAT INCLUDES OR SUSTAIN A STATE OF DRYNESS (DESICCATION) IN ITS VICINITY.DESICCANTS ABSORB MOISTURE IN HUMID CONDITIONS AND KEEP THE TABLETS DRY.
