  4. INDICATIONS • MECHANISM • The drug Bortenat is a type of chymotrypsin like activity which is in form of unstable prohibitor of the 26S proteasome in human cells. The 26S proteasome is a group of protein that reduces the agglutinated proteins The various proteins are weakens by proteasome enzymes that make difficult to tumor cells persistence like cyclins, tumor suppressors, BCL-2 & cyclin dependent kinase inhibitors Bortenat 3.5mg is majorly indicated for the treatment for patients suffering by following disease.   5. PREGNANCY & LACTATION • STORAGE Bortenat 3.5mg is not recommended in pregnancy condition. Bortenat 3.5mg causes fetal harm and leads to some adverse effect Breast feeding is not recommended. • Bortenat 3.5mg vial should be stored at 20° to 25° (68° to 77°); excursion between 15° to 30° (59° to 86°) Keep away from light and heat.
