  2. À propos de nous: - Au Sénégal, la copropriété est encadrée par la loi N° 88-04 du 16 juin 1988 et le décret d’application N° 2002-160 du 15 février 2002. Selon ces textes, la copropriété représente « tout immeuble bâti ou groupe d’immeubles bâtis dont la propriété est répartie entre plusieurs personnes, par lot comprenant chacun une partie privative (ex : appartement) et une quote part des parties communes (couloirs, …) » Elle peut être « verticale », lorsqu’elle concerne les immeubles de plusieurs étages et « horizontale » si elle a trait aux résidences organisées sur plusieurs maisons individuelles.
