  1. Fiberglass Sand Filter Manufacturer in India Fiberglass Sand Filter Manufacturer in India techniques are widely applied in the global water sector. With no added chemicals, slow sand filters still generate potable water. A fast gravity sand filter may remove most of the solids and a significant portion of the germs from flocculated water by straining out the floc and the particles trapped within it. Different-sized sand grains serve as the filter medium. A layer of activated carbon can be added to a sand filter to eliminate foul odours and flavours (organoleptic effects) in cases where they're an issue. Eventually, sand filters get clogged or clogged with floc due to prolonged use. The floc is subsequently removed by either backwashing or pressure washing in the case of slow sand filters or by scraping in the case of quicksand filters. It is sent into settling tanks to remove the floc from the backwash water.
