3. Wash Hands After: Using the restroom
Handling raw food (before and after)
Touching the hair, face, or body
Sneezing, coughing, or using a hankerchief or tissue
Smoking, eating, drinking, or chewing gum or tobacco
4. Handling chemicals
Taking out garbage
Clearing tables
Touching clothing or aprons
Touching anything else that could contaminate hands (unsanitized surfaces)
5. Use of Gloves Replace after they become soiled or torn.
Replace before beginning a new task.
Replace at least every 4 hours.
Replace after handling raw meat, and before handling cooked food.
