This means the heart, brain, and other parts of the body do not get enough blood.   2. CAUSES Certain medicines and substances can lead to low blood pressure, including:- Alcohol Diuretics Anti-anxiety medicines Certain antidepressants

  4. Other causes of low blood pressure include Changes in heart rhythm (arrhythmias) Nerve damage from diabetes Not drinking enough fluids (dehydration) Heart failure
