Discriminating against Veterans and Veteran Owned Small Businesses !!! Latvian Connection LLC protested Solicitation W912D1-15-R-0007,B-410946, for not Setting Aside. As such, solicitation was cancelled by ACC Contracting Officer Major Brian M. Williams and will pursue revised acquisition strategy considering small business set aside requirements. Upon cancellation of the protested solicitation, protest B-410946 was dismissed.
