  1. Shane A Sterling Iowa: Global Leader Shane A Sterling of Iowa has been offering his highly professional skills and services to clients for 13 years. He has extensive experience in start-up business development, new corporate business development, and R&D leadership roles. While he was with Delta Oil he was able to grow profits 14% over five years.

  2. Shane A Sterling Iowa: New Business Shane A Sterling of Iowa worked as Direct of Resource Development and Advancement for Delta Oil shortly after graduating college. As Director, Shane Anthony Sterling developed relationships with the DOE and DOD, specifically the five branches of the military. He also conducted comprehensive reviews, analyses, and evaluations to develop procurement strategies, plans, and techniques affecting agency critical international procurement programs.

Shane A Sterling Iowa: Global Leadership Shane A Sterling of Iowa, as Director of O&M Business Development for Availon, tracked and reported all pipeline activity, completed wind operation projects, worked closely with VP Federal Legislative Affairs at American Wind Energy Association, and developed relationships with Primes in the DOD. He was also in charge of managing the relationship with the Chief of Staff of the U.S. House of Representatives.

He is currently CEO of Black Rider Holdings, a company who is active as Black Rider Real Estate and Black Rider Racing Group. The real estate group acquires and develops two classes of assets in Austin, Texas: residential communities for single-family home sites and commercial storage facilities for general storage purposes, as well as classic and exotic automobile storage.
