  4. HOSA Competition • State Conference took place at the University of Arizona • Jim Hernandez won 1st place in CNS skills • Wendy Villanueva & Loren Stringer won 2nd place in Health Careers Poster Presentation

  5. New Health Careers Pathway • Pharmacy • Partner with U of A College of Pharmacy • Walgreens • Fire Science/First Responder • Partner with Tucson Fire Dept. • Fire Academy

  6. Graduating Seniors • This year the allied health program is graduating • 14 CNA • 3 Medical Imaging • 8 Health Care Technology • 2 Sports Medicine

  7. Current Happenings • Registration for current programs • CNA – 25 students • Radiology – 3 students • Sports Medicine – 36 students • Registration for new programs • Pharmacy – 7 students • Fire Science/First Responder – 9 students • Incoming freshman • 34 Magnet • Feeder students from Townsend & Doolen

  8. Continued Growth of Allied HealthCare Program • Alignment with University of Arizona College of Pharmacy • Potential Partnership with Walgreen’s • Potential Partnership with Tucson Fire & Fire Academy
