ACCESS • All institutions in the region will participate in giving ideas/input • Students will come from all of the countries in South East Asia (Cross border high education) • Students can utilize the facilities of the research centers of the universities • Lectures/Researchers/Expertise can be obtained from each countries
EQUITY • University for all – involve all of the level of communities, special need people. • Cross Subsidize – Funding will be contribute by the established industries, funding organization, the community with high level status of income etc • Countries involve in developing the university in all aspects • Communities can give ideas and comment to the university regarding the products
CAPACITY • STRUCTURE OF THE UNIVERSITY: -Flexible : Representative from each countries and communities. -Interlink to each other Good University Governance -Transparency & Accountability in : Financial and funding, board of trustee Organization, Community, Stakeholder Reporting of research
CAPACITY • Managerial System Efficiency of Planning Structural Implementation Monitoring, reviewing, upgrading Evaluation of the University’s Programs • Responsibility in realization of programs: Run by the expertise from each research center of each countries
Monitoring • Reports of activities in research will be produced annually • Quality control of the project will be carried out once in three years • Comment and ideas are welcome from various part of the world not only South East Asia
