Solution | How It works Doctors & Patients will register on specific platform and doctor will assigned with unique code that will be dial in code for the patients Incoming IVRS • Doctors need to login into application where he can mark details of patients like Name, Age, Prescription etc. • For the new patient doctors need to make entries first time in application and for the second time onwards details will be flashing on screen as call connected. • Doctors will have a provision in application to set their availability timings. • MIS Report of Each & Every patient in detail with Recordings to be available in Panel

Solution | How It works Doctor Panel Doctors need to login into application where he can mark details of patients like Name, Age, Prescription etc. For the new patient doctors need to make entries first time in application and for the second time onwards details will be flashing on screen as call connected. Doctors will have a provision in application to set their availability timings. MIS Report of Each & Every patient in detail with Recordings to be available in Panel • Patients will get minutes in their account on recharging of websites those minutes details should be pass to the API to store in system. • Whenever call will be completed, patient will get SMS on registered mobile number of available Minute Balance in his account.
