Scrub an ammonia solution on the blades to remove the dirt and grime. Take a large bucket and add a gallon of warm water. Put at least 30 ml of liquid dish soap and 240 ml of ammonia. Mix it well. Take a mop or a scrub brush to apply your cleaner to the rubber blades and leave it to sit for ten minutes. Then give it a good wash.
