  2. Real Estate We work with different kind of properties, houses, land and comercial properties such as hotels, restaurants etc.. The prices vary a lot mainly because of how close to the beach the property is and also depending on what beach it is close to. There are some few beach front properties but because they are not really fully legal there can be risks with to purchase such property.   3. Rental Properties We have one 3 bedroom family house that’s sleeps up to 7 people, in the main bedroom1 it has a king size bed + a single bed that and there is a AC unit. The other two bedrooms has double beds and fans in the ceiling. There are two bathrooms. We also have 2 complete loft apartments, the nicer one with a view over the pool area sleeps 4 people, it has one double bed and a sofa-bed that opens. The second loft apartment sleeps up to 3 people in a double bed and a single bed. All homes has a complete kitchen and have access to our shared garden and pool area. There are 2 pools, one large 11×4 meters that is also very deep in one end (2 meters depth) and a smaller 4×4 meters kids pool with about only 45cm depth. http://www.puertoviejoproperty.com/rental-properties/
