On-Campus Interviewing Policies and Procedures
What to do when you arrive Check in with the front desk receptionist who will direct you to the interview suite Wait for the recruiter to call you in to the interview room Relax!
In Case of an Emergency If you must cancel your interview, please do so at least 24 hours in advance Contact the Career Center at 368-4446 and the recruiter to notify us of the cancellation Explain the situation to the recruiter and ask that they grant you another interview opportunity
Interview No-Shows and Cancellations The worst impression you can make is to not show up or call to cancel an interview. If you do not attend your interview or cancel with a phone call the following will occur:
No-Show Policy You will receive an email from the Career Center requiring you to send a letter/email of apology to the recruiter within two days and a copy to this office If you fail to do this you will be sent another email and your interviewing privileges will be temporarily suspended until you have met the requirements The issue needs to be resolved inside of one week of the missed interview and after that you will need to meet with a career counselor to be reactivated in the eCompass system Two no-shows will result in the loss of your on campus recruiting privileges, no exceptions will be made
