  2. REOPENING OF SCHOOLS After CBSE guidelines, St Angel’s School, Rohini took the initiative to reopen schools for classes X and XII. The students were welcomed with smiling faces and positive energy. The school authority installed sanitizers, fogging machines, thermal scanners, and disinfectants were sprayed in-between batches. The school authorities reduced class hours from six hours to two hours and took a decision to call students slot wise. The teachers also supervised each and every activity of the students.

  3. SAFETY MEASURES Volunteers were deployed to check temperatures and ensured social distancing of the students. The medical facilities in schools will remain on standby for any eventuality. The schools held orientation programmes and put up posters and notices detailing the Covid- 19 guidelines before the commencement of offline classes

SAFETY MEASURES FOLLOWED BY THE SCHOOL • The school has made the sitting arrangement keeping social distance in mind in the classrooms, library, computer lab and science labs. • All the labs and washrooms are cleaned and sanitized on daily basis. • Handwashing consoles, masks, gloves and sanitizers are made readily available in the corridors for the students and staff. • Various bulletin boards are kept in the corridors highlighting the precautions to be followed in the school. • At the entry time, students will sanitize their hands and bags of the students will be sanitized properly. The temperature of the students will be checked too at the entry gate. • Stickers are pasted in the corridors and entry gate to maintain proper distance. There is the provision of online attendance too at the entry gate. • Fiber sheets are installed at the reception and library to maintain effective communication between the students and the staff. • Students are divided into small groups to maintain social distance in the classrooms. • An isolation room is also made ready in case of any emergency with all necessary arrangements. • Entry will be given to those students only who have submitted consent form duly signed by their parents
